I have done a quick search, and have found these. Probably there are
many more:

linux 2.4.0-test11 kernel sources:

drivers/net/tokenring/tms380tr_microcode.h
drivers/net/tokenring/smctr_firmware.h
drivers/net/ptifddi_asm.h
drivers/net/pcmcia/ositech.h
drivers/net/appletalk/cops_ffdrv.h
drivers/net/appletalk/cops_ltdrv.h
drivers/scsi/ql12160_fw.h
drivers/usb/dabfirmware.h
drivers/usb/serial/keyspan_pda_fw.h
drivers/usb/serial/whiteheat_fw.h
drivers/usb/serial/keyspan_usa{18x,19,19w,28,28x}_fw.h

I have not seen anything like source code for the "binary" code which
is included in any of those.... And the license of some of them (the
C-embedded binaries) is far away from DFSG (only to be distributed
with the driver, modifications not allowed, etc etc).

Funny.
