I agree above lists of Debian maintaners responsibilities are
*very* sublime and right.
But probably you forgot this is a list of wishes only for an "average"
official Debian maintaner now.
Just now I understand why some new maintaners are quickly accepted
thanks to their intentions, not their skills.
I would like to thank you very much for this enlightenment.
