Okay, this means that apt has found two possible sources for apache:
one is version 1.3.12-2.0.potato.1 which you have installed on your
system, and the other is 1.3.9-13.1 which is available from
www.uk.debian.org.
I have no clue where you got that 1.3.12-2.0.potato.1 from; I've never
seen it before.
