I was the one who posted the "official" ITP on Open Office....

However, I was beaten to the draw by an "unofficial" ITP made
by Adrian Bunk and Joseph Carter on debian-devel. :^/ So, I
withdrew my claim in favor of those two....

Open Office is in capable hands. They will release packages when
they are ready. :^)

Anyway, AFAIK, they are the ones moving ahead with the packaging.
They are the ones to hit up for progress reports. ;^>
