removing koulos from the distro

koulos has a nasty security problem: a trivial buffer overflow in the
sound initialization code. It's easily fixed but the source doesn't
even compile with the current gcc, and there hasn't been an upstream
release in years. The maintainer has also AWOL (hiya Klee) and hasn't
uploaded a new version since 25 Feb 1997.

Unless someone steps up to adopt it and fix it soon it should be
removed from archive.

In the meantime I'll do an advisory to get people to zap this
from their systems.
