ITP: sgmltools-lite

SGMLtools-Lite is the sucessor of the now-obsolete SGMLtools project and
consists of the easy-to-use front-end, a large number of processing backends,
and some custom stylesheets.
Scripts are written in python, and they transform SGML DocBook source code
to various formats, including PDF, PostScript, DVI, HTML, and RTF.

This will replace the sgmltools-2 Debian package which was given by Adam
to me several days ago.
