ITP: libsdl1.1-net, prboom -- another doom descendant

and proposal for proper libsdl-<module> naming
X-Face: #IT=!jt##jq+,H7?/t"2s)h(o<l`oz:[]5@7MJ?_O&-?|i,x19;yM-<f<v,SFF4!BZ5N]ii

My suggestsion for sane libsdl-<extension> naming:

<module-soname> = join('.', libSDL_net-(.*?).so.(.*?)\..*)

For libSDL_net for libSDL 1.1 this would be: libsdl1.1-net1.1.0.
Like this we have still the garanty that programs are aways run
with the right libs.

The long soname is because of the mayor and minor version _and_
the first digit of the suffix can signify binary incompatibility
(thats at least what I was told on #(lib)?sdl).
