ITA: an (Very fast anagram generator)

Despite repeated attempts to contact the upstream maintainer (who hasn't
made an upload since February 1997) and the co-author of this package,
there has been no success getting any response from them.

There have been two non-maintainer releases since the last maintainer
upload, and this package appears to be a candidate for being taken over
by a new maintainer.

I have fixed the packaging to latest standards, and intend to make an
upload on Friday if there are no objections.
