XFree86 4.0 with USB keyboard and mouse
I am trying to get XFree86 going on a new machine with USB keyboard and
mouse. The keyboard works find for me for regular text-mode keyboard
operation (I am running kernel 2.4.0-test9). But when I fire up X the screen
mode is not set correctly and the caps-lock key does not correctly toggle the
CAPS LED, so it seems that the keyboard isn't working with X. The SAK
sequence kills the X server though so the keyboard isn't entirely
non-functional (and it works fine afterwards).
I have the default settings in the keyboard section of XF86Config-4.
