My answer is:

1. qtcups was built against liqt2.2-2.2.1-8.
2. Problems appeared on my machine after upgrade to 2.2.1-10.
3. I never installed 2.2.1-9, 2.2.1-9.1 and 2.2.1-9.2.
4. In my opinion the problem appeared after building against x4 libs.
