QUB is a computer interface to playing any board game on your computer using
graphics files which represent the game board and pieces. It allows
great flexibility in what you can do with the pieces which are in play, and
will one day offer real-time network play. QUB knows nothing about individual
games' rules. The players must arbitrate the rules just as they do when they
sit down to play any board game. QUB is intended to be useful for Play By
EMail gamers, game designers, roleplaying gamers, and the like.
