as far as I know, yes, but the locale data has to be placed in the
/usr/share/locale - directory. I won't use the normal locale-data-handler,
because is one big problem: (notice that this is applied to fortune)
fortune uses different filenames for different languages, so i can't check if
there's a fortune-directory which matches my LANG-Variable, and then choose
fortunes just from that directory.
Maybe a wrapper around fortune might be better in this case.
Will have to think about it.
