...because the commands that would give obsolete data are now disabled --
the control|request bot will give you a message about this and skip the
command.

There are several things included: all index* commands, indices for which we
don't have a dynamic replacement, and send-detail, which is not available
through the CGIs, and perhaps something else, I can't remember offhand :)

Theoretically, index-maint should be easily fixable... I'm looking into it.
