I have already tested makedb, but makedb does not work, makevpopdb gives
the same error:

# makevpopdb foo
makedb2: Can't create foo

I have copied the /usr/bin/makedb to /usr/bin/makedb2. I think there is a
difference between the makedb from glibc and the makedb2 from libdb.
