new SVGATextMode packages, please test..

Hi,

I've just built a new STM package after adding several contributed
patches for hardware I don't own (and thus can't test).  Among other
things the new package should now support TNT/TNT2 and matrox cards,
as well as devfs console devices.

I've put the deb (and dsc, diff.gz) at http://master.debian.org/~ron/stm
please test it if you can.  If no one reports that it's more broken than
the current package for their setup, then I'll upload it to incoming in
a couple of days.
