What has to be permitted at a firewall/packet filter, to allow this
to work? [Personally, I'm going to have to configure linux ip chains,
a gauntlet firewall, and a cisco, if I'm going to use this. Either that,
or I'm going to squeeze the tunnel through an ssh tcp tunnel.]
