It seems VA has crashed, it may be extremely serious... VA is in the middle of a move so it may take several days to get someone on site to reset it. I'll see about moving the web site to master for the moment, CVS is down. Off hand the speculation is we've had the root disk fail, so everyone hang onto your CVS check outs - the backup is 24h old.
