Looks like that might be it, there were no changes files in the incoming directory for some reason. When I did the original upload, I ran "dupload --to master" wihout specifying the changes file on the command line, though I think it still sould have uploaded it.. I just did it over with dupload --to master xxx.changes, and it uploaded all the files.
