test i386 potato boot-floppies available

We're trying to pull together 2.2.17 boot-floppies release. It fixes
a lot of problems relative to the 2.2.16 boot-floppies -- see
changelog snippet below.

This is the Martin Schultz release -- kudos to him to all his hard
work chugging thru the bugs.

I know a lot of people have moved on from release worries, but it's
still very valuable to the Debian effort to be sucking in new users,
and a big hurdle to that has always been the installation system.

So please give it a try, file bugs, etc. Thanks.
