Found it... Still requires a manual solution, but it's a much more
workable solution AFAICT.. Now to attempt getting abcde to behave, or just
go ahead and code my own in C.....
Hmmmm. I'd say drop the bug down to wishlist if it isn't already, but keep
it open pending a more elegant solution.
