It's come up before, and neither maintainer has any interest in changing
his package. Since no one wanted to compromise, and it wasn't a big deal,
it's been left this way.

BTW, mtr and xt (other traceroutes) are both in /usr/bin. mtr's developer
also refuses to move it.
