I ITPed freeswan, and started creating a package.
After a while of fustration with it, I have a preliminary
deb, but have lost my motivation to it. It is nowhere as
nice as it should be. I am not going to upload something
that feels so buggy into Debian. I'm going to keep on using
CIPE.
