NumLockX is utility for X11, which is used to turn NumLock on. It's a useful little utility for those of us who prefer to have NumLock enabled when X starts... just add it to ~/.xsession and go. It's licensed under the GNU GPL, and it's homepage is <http://dforce.sh.cvut.cz/~seli/en/numlockx/>.
