BTS Change
A minor change to the BTS. The documentation hasn't been updated yet. It
will take 24 hours for the webpages to propogate.
It used to be that to change the originator of a bug, you had to close the
bug and then reopen it with the "reopen neworiginator" command. Now, if an
originator is specified, reopen will work whether or not the bug is closed.
remember that "reopen !" will set the originator to the person who is
sending the email and "reopen email@address" will set the originator to the
email@address.
