maybe ITP (???) balsa 0.8

Hi,

I get notice balsa 0.8 is out, I get source and make a deb, while not
being a debian developer.

Package is lintian clean, and linked with some helixcode package, but
standard.

The package (source, diff, deb, etc.) is at
http://www.cli.di.unipi.it/~cruciani/Package/

balsa home page is http://www.balsa.net/

I make some dirty change to the package because balsa has a dirty
package (relative to install script), but the binary package is clean.

All change are described in file README.Debian
