www.debian.org is really just another mirror of the static part of BTS.
It should be mirroring the stuff every four hours (or eight? can't remember),
but apparently it got stuck somewhere. That should be fixed.

The CGI scripts are now the authoritive source for fetching bug reports,
since they are dynamic and provide up-to-date information, and since they
are referenced from http://www.debian.org/Bugs/. The setup for
bugs.debian.org virtual host should be updated to use them.

So, http://bugs.debian.org/<number> should point to
http://cgi.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?archive=no&bug=<number>

and http://bugs.debian.org/<package> should point to
http://cgi.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?archive=no&pkg=<package>

I've CC:ed the admins now, who should be able to implement this.
