I couldn't reproduce it.
It's RC Bug? 
But I'll fix the place that is considered to be a cause, and will upload.

Problem that reported was fixed, but couldn't dump emacs because with SegV.
(As a result, cannnot build deb)
I cannot fix it. I need a help(Linux/Alpha expert?), please contact
me.
And... It's also emacs19's problem. I couldn't build emacs19 on Alpha.
