Intent to package: csh

Hi to all,


I'm interested in becoming the new maintainer for csh - it's one of ejb's
orphaned packages. Edward's told me of the main things that will need to be
done to get things up-to-date, (compliance with the newer policies, some
fixes to get it to compile on Hurd etc) and I'd like to give it a crack. I'm
not a member of Debian at the moment, so this would be the first package I'd
maintain..

If anyone has any thoughts/advice, please feel free to share. :)
