We seem to have just started picking up the new material after a stop of
several days.  We just got the 2.2.13 boot disks in potato, for example.  
Timestamps on our local (-0400) mirror -- debian.bilow.com --  now show:

    auric.debian.org        04-May-2000 21:29     1k
    debian.bilow.com        09-May-2000 06:29     1k
    master.debian.org       08-May-2000 17:00     1k
    remission.i.sourcefo..> 08-May-2000 20:17     1k  

I assume that the FR sites will catch up soon enough?
