I lean personally more to your way of thinking, but I also believe that
some degree of commonsense flexibility is needed. Achieving consensus is
a good thing. If the consensus is to delay for something major, I would
not have a problem with that. Unfortunately, sometimes the road to
consensus is paved with paralysis.
