ITP: keymgr, libow

libow is a homegrown library for interfacing with Dallas
Semiconductor's 1-wire hardware range. It currently sports a bare
minimum of functionality, being a DS1954 (aka the Crypto iButton or
Java Ring) via a DS2480 on a serial port (eg, a DS9097-U).

keymgr is a crypto policy manager. It currently has modules for ssh,
gtk, and libow. In short, you can run it as a replacement for
ssh-agent and have it pop windows up to confirm whether or not you
want key authentications to happen (for either local or
agent-forwarded connections), or, for bonus cool points, you can keep
your ssh key on your Java Ring and have keymgr pop up another window
politely asking you to apply your ring to the Blue Dot for
authentications.
