/dev/log can be moved to /var/run, or you can use udp. More problems will be
mtab and /dev/pty... the first can be replaced by /proc, the later by
devpts. /etc/runlevel is already fixed in init, and i think /etc/ioctl.save
isnt important as long as it contans valid configuration.
