But mutt 1.1.2-2 says it depends on heimdal-lib (>= 0.2l-6) and libssl09,
which are both in non-US.  Isn't it really necessary these libraries
to run mutt?  If so, mutt doesn't need to depends on heimdal-lib and libssl09
but suggests heimdal-lib and libssl09, doesn't it?
