For a long time KDE archives have had ./debian directories in them. Any code
which is contributed WRT packaging is welcomed by the KDE project. If you
wanted to add some ./rpm directories or something then I'm sure that they
would be accepted (IFF RPM has a genuine need for a ./rpm).
