Packages with missing dependencies

Hi,

The following packages have dependencies which are not
in the archive, and for which bug reports have not been
filed.(at least as far as I can tell)

emacspeak	       tclx80/76/75/74/tclx (tclx76 is in 
                       the archive, however, tcl76, which 
                       it neeeds isn't)

gstep-extensions       gstep-base
gstep-extensions-dbg   -same as above-
gstep-extensions-dev   -same as above-
task-python-dev	       libapache-mod-python

Before submitting this many bug reports, I wanted to be 
sure this hasn't been addressed somewhere else.
