intent to package: sendpage

 Sendpage is software for sending alphanumeric pages, similar to
 qpage, which is already in the distribution. I had a better time
 getting it working than qpage, and plus, it's GPL'd. (qpage is in
 non-free)

 I should have it packaged shortly, unless there's objections or somebody
 else is working on it. (Didn't see any ITP messages when searching
 list archives, though.)
