sdr, mbonecommon and rat orphaned

Hi,

I orphaned sdr, mbonecommon and rat by stress of my original bussiness.
Especialy, after leaving school I missed chance to use MBONE-related packages.
So, this unavoidable circumstances prevented me from maintaining them.
