DHCP in base install

I don't know if this has already been brought up, but I don't see it in the
logs:

The base disks _need_ a dhcp client. Absolutely. It is common already and
becoming more common to have office environments where the only place to get
an ip address is by dhcp.

Asking users to write down ip addresses from windows then reboot and use those
ip addresses is a huge obstacle to put in their way. I tried to get some
officemates to use Debian instead of Redhat and getting the network going in
the first place was the single biggest problem.
