egcs1.1 builds "libstdc++2.9-glibc2.1" and "libg++2.8.2-glibc2.1".
We don't have source for "libstdc++2.9" (the 2.0 version), and we
can't build it on a potato system.

I don't know what was up with alpha, but its libstdc++2.9-glibc2.1
package had "egcs" as its source, not "egcs1.1".  Recompiling
egcs1.1 for alpha should fix that.
