Let's suppose that (1) there's an automatic CPAN -> dpkg connection
somewhere, (2) some Debian package depends on Random::Module, and (3)
the author of Random::Module uploads a new buggy and/or incompatible
version of it.
Next time somebody downloads the 'latest' Random::Module for some
purpose, *kaboom*
And if you want to stay at a specific version, just remember that each
author can delete files in his directory at any time for any reason.
