He wants to be able to give /usr/lib/sendmail an argument of
"foo bar <foobar@example.com>" or "(foo bar) foobar@domain.com".
Sendmail.com's sendmail accepts this, but qmail's sendmail does not.

	So, anyone want to modify BTS/create a wrapper/re-phrase
	that comment (as clearly another MTA is *not* needed)?
