routing problems afflict master

The servers hosted at Novare -- master, murphy, faure, albert, purcel,
king, etc. -- are having intermittent connectivity right now because
of a down router.  Our ISP has allegedly had a "card" burn out in the
"Cisco" that runs the "T3".

Things seem to be stabilizing now, hopefully long enough to send this
message.  :-)   Thanks for your patience.
