Since there are sooo many themes on the net and themes are some kind of
data, why not develop a installer package, which is capable to get a list
of available themes from lets say themes.org and let the user decide which
ones he want to download and then either if this installer is invoked as
root install them system-wide, or if it's started by the user install the
theme in the proper directory of the users home directory
