Well, I was wrong. Some packages date back to August 20th or so.
So that's more than two months old. If we want tested packages
in a released potato, something is going to have to give. At
this rate, we would have no hope of having releases every 6
months (a number kicked around a while back).

Not likely to happen unless they put in a lot of work to catch
up.
