Ctrl+Alt+Del inittab and shutdown

Hello.

When you do Ctrl+Alt+Del, you reboot the machine with the line in inittab :

# What to do when CTRL-ALT-DEL is pressed.
ca:12345:ctrlaltdel:/sbin/shutdown -t1 -a -r now

I would like Ctrl+Alt+End to make a halt of the machine, not a reboot.
How can I do this ?

I think I must patch a program, but I don't know what to modify...
Maybe /sbin/init ?

Thanks in advance for your help !
