ITP: qvwm and qvbanner
I intent to package qvwm and qvbanner, which is a Windows 95/98/NT
like window manager for X Window System.

Since I'm not a official debian developer yet, I'm looking for
someone who can upload my packages as sponsor.
The packages are already available at debian-jp site.

The copyright of qvwm belongs to me (Kenichi Kourai). The right of
look-and-feel, however, belongs to Microsoft as far as Microsoft does
not declaim it because the look-and-feel of qvwm is very similar to
Windows 95/98. You are, therfore, open to a suit from Microsoft if
you use this software for the sake of some gains. In the other points,
this software accords with free software, so you can copy or distribute
it freely. It is free to distribute this software with fee using media
such as CD-ROM. Also, you can modify and redistribute this software
as far as you are responsible for the modification.
