Bug#23340: marked as done (Quite a bad error from libstdc++2.8)

5./ Quite a bad error:
libstdc++2.8
is generated at some wrong place, causing a series of dependence errors.
dpkg, netstd, etc are not installed, because they depend on that package.
In general, I had to start 'Install' for a second time, and for that time
all dependencies were all right. The first run terminates with 'too many
dependence errors'

Anyhow, the final result is more than satisfying. I like it!
