Whoever wants to mix dinstall and lintian should please take in account
some very simple facts:

A lintian error or a lintian warning is a just a bug, and a bug reported
by lintian is no more important than any other ordinary bug. Packages
should NOT be rejected because of still having bugs. [ Think about every
dpkg upload being rejected because it does not fix *all* currently known
bugs... ].
