ITP: tcpdump2ascii

tcpdump2ascii is a small and simple (but usefull)
perl script to convert tcpdump hex values to ascii.

I talked to the author, he agreed to release it under GPL.

Already packaged:  http://melkor.dnp.fmph.uniba.sk/~garabik/tcpdump2ascii/

I am not a developer yet, so do not expect to see it uploaded soon :-)
