I've recompiled 20.3 to not require liblockfile0, and made it
available from: http://master.debian.org/~mdorman/
Rob, if you don't have time to deal with this, I'm more than happy to
NMU it---up to and including upgrading to 20.4 if you so choose. Just
let me know.
